What We Collect
Account Information
If you create an account, we store your email address to manage your subscription and provide support.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our apps, including which features are used and app performance metrics.
Health & Fitness Data
Some apps (MoveWell, Cold Shower Therapy, Impossible Fitness, Power Nap) may integrate with Apple Health. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.
Purchase Information
Subscription and purchase data is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive confirmation of your subscription status but not your payment details.
What We Don't Collect
- We don't sell your personal data
- We don't share your data with advertisers
- We don't track your location
Data Storage
Your workout history, preferences, and progress are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, this data is deleted.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may use:
- Apple/Google for payments and subscriptions
- Cloudflare for content delivery (videos, images)
- RevenueCat for subscription management
Your Rights
You can request deletion of any account data by contacting us at support@impossible.co
Terms of Use
Subscription Terms
Some apps offer premium subscriptions:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment is charged to your iTunes/Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
Content
All content (videos, images, recipes, workout programs) is owned by Impossible LLC. You may not redistribute or resell our content.

Limitation of Liability
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from use of our apps.
