Subscriptions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, not in our app:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
- Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases
App Issues
The app is crashing
Try deleting and reinstalling the app. Your subscription will restore automatically.
Videos won't load
Check your internet connection. Videos require WiFi or cellular data to stream.
